KuboMaster Viewing Scheduler

Definition:
A multi platform software management, catered to help realty agents manage their home viewing schedule by adding house listing, creating viewing schedule, and creating unique QR codes linking buyers to make appointments.

How it works (Process)
Step 1: Add a house
Step 2: Create and or add a viewing schedule (Unlimited dates and time).
Step 3: Create a QR code to a specific house (Unlimited numbers and sizes).
Step 4: Advertise or post your QR codes to any target areas visible to your potential buyer.
Step 5: Buyer scans the QR code and redirects them to a page showing viewing schedule. With buyers information, and chosen date and time, buyers can make an appointment.
Step 6: Agent receives buyers appointment notification and can immediately send confirmation and or edit to make adjustments.

Subscription: The app REQUIRES subscription, in order to work.

Pricing for Monthly Subscription $ 25 / per month (30days)
Pricing for Yearly Subscription $275 / per year (365 days)

All subscription regardless of pricing and length, will have access to cloud data storage,
unlimited free email service and unlimited free sms service. Refundable and or Cancellable, for the next billing cycle
Subscription is available to all IOS device. 

A none subscriber or missing a payment will have 100 percent ACCESS TO ALL DATA - 
EXCEPT to a new data after the due date (First day of missed payment) this is due to
bandwidth restriction applies from cloud database server (preventing accumulation of cost)

Business Phone Number - For communication (Buyer and KUBO admin),

(BUYER)
Full legal name - For communication with Agent,
Mobile Number - For communication with Agent (calls, sms),to receive confirmation, update on schedules, cancellation and upcoming appointment reminder.
Email - For communication with Agent (calls, sms),to receive confirmation, update on schedules, cancellation and upcoming appointment reminder.

Data Storage and Management
Stored on a secure, database online storage, in an encrypted form only available to the intended agent and owner of the data.
