The Pomodoro technique, at the heart of this application, is a renowned productivity method comprising six fundamental steps:
1) Identify the tasks at hand.
2) Activate the Pomodoro timer (the default setting in our app is 25 minutes).
3) Concentrate on the most urgent task.
4) Complete your task when the timer signals, and take a short break (5 minutes is the default interval).
5) If fewer than four work cycles have been completed, repeat steps 2 through 4.
6) After four work cycles, indulge in a longer break (15 minutes is our app's default). Once this is over, return to step 2.
