Sodexo Ethics App aims at overcoming this challenge. It is easily available and can be used by everyone, employees, clients, partners, including non-Sodexo employees, as its content helps raise awareness on ethics in general.

Sodexo developed this app to provide access to Sodexo’s Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to the general public, along with our employees and other stakeholders. The Code provides clear information on how Sodexo conducts business and adheres to our Company’s values across all our operations.

We have made our Speak Up Ethics Line available to the general public, as well as employees and other stakeholders. We invite anyone with a concern about our business practices to raise it through Speak Up Ethics Line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
