Table Management

Table Management App Features:

Login (for subscribed users only) and initial setup (set restaurant and manager name)

Floor Plan:
List of Rooms as top action bar (User can add rooms and edit rooms’ names.)
Visual presentation of tables (table number, capacity and status) per room.
Add party or free table on table click, and also get info about the party if the table is occupied.

Waitlist:
User can add guests (filling the form - add party) to waitlist if there is no free tables at that moment
Delete or edit waitlist entry
Time info about how long party is on the waitlist
Find free table with animated pointer and assign party to selected free table (Send “Table is ready” SMS to the party leader)
User can change the assigned table or seat party when guests arrive.

Edit Floor Plan:
Drag and drop tables to the floor
Move, rotate and arrange tables around the room
Set table name and capacity to selected table or delete it (delete button or trash can icon)
Info about chosen room (name and background), edit or delete room
Choose between three options of the background (none, grid or image)
Upload background image

Settings:
Set restaurant name
Set manager name
Edit waitlist SMS template
