QualityCare Connect is provided by a plan sponsor at no cost to members and produces carefully curated physician recommendations based on a diagnosis and/or personal preferences of the member leveraging a High Tech, Right Touch® best practice approach to provide expert guidance for members (and, optionally, their families) in the following situations:

• New diagnosis warrants a specialist
• Second opinion
• New Primary Care Provider (PCP)
• Member moves or works remotely anywhere in U.S.
• Child in college needs physicians
