It offers a wide range of functionalities that assist in identifying and resolving customer issues. Some of the features include access to directions, the ability to research technical data, equipment swapping, service activation, and system health measurement. Tech360 serves as a comprehensive tool that provides technicians with the necessary technical information and instructions to assist Comcast customers. By integrating various features into a single app, it eliminates the need for technicians to constantly switch between multiple apps or log in multiple times. We strive to continuously improve the Tech360 app, with updates being released almost daily, ensuring that it better serves the needs of Comcast technicians and customers.
