App Description

A round timer built for the ring first — rounds, rest, and a warning bell you can hear over a heavy bag.

THE TIMER DOESN'T STOP
Lock the phone, drop it in your pocket, switch apps, take a call. The round keeps counting and the bell still rings. That is the entire job of a round timer, and it is where most of them quietly fail.

YOUR MUSIC KEEPS PLAYING
Bells and warnings duck over your track instead of pausing it. Train to your own playlist from the first round to the last.

BOXING FIRST, NOT BOXING ONLY
Fourteen training types, each counting in its own language. Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA and sparring count rounds. HIIT, Tabata, circuits, jump rope, running and cycling count intervals. Strength and core count sets. Stretching, yoga and cooldown count holds.

ON YOUR WRIST
The Apple Watch app runs the session on your wrist with haptic round and rest alerts, so the phone can stay in your bag. Sessions log to Apple Health as real workouts, with heart rate.

MAKE IT YOURS
- Any round length, rest length and number of rounds
- A warning bell before the end of a round
- A preparation countdown before round one
- Save your own presets for each training type
- Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island

TRAINING HISTORY
Every session lands in your journal with its type, its rounds and its total time, so you can see the work stacking up.
