SCES Real-Time OPs

Real-Time Ops is the operations app for UC Irvine Student Center & Event Services. It replaces the clipboards, group texts, and end-of-shift email scramble with one place to log what happened, look up what is happening next, and send the report before you clock out.

Built with and for the teams who actually run the building: Ops, Housekeeping, Building Lead, Visitor Center, ACRC, Room Check, and Reservations.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Ops Shift Report
Log incidents, manager notes, staffing needs, misc tasks, event notes, and crew checks as the shift goes, then send a formatted daily shift report email with one tap. Photos attach automatically.

Housekeeping
Track daily tasks, staffing, and night shift work, and send the Housekeeping shift report without retyping anything.

Room Check
Walk rooms, record condition and damage with photos, and keep a searchable history of every check.

Ring Mall Spaces
See what is set up on Ring Mall today, with diagrams, equipment lists, and setup notes for each space.

Conference Center
Pull indoor event details straight from EMS so reservation staff have the current reservation, room, and time in hand.

Infractions
Submit verbal or written infractions for Conference Center and Ring Mall, attach photos, and route the citation to the right recipients automatically.

Building Lead and ACRC Logs
Record head counts and golf cart usage across the shift.

Visitor Center Log
Log guest questions, lost and found items, and staffing, and send the Visitor Center shift report.

VIP Phone Log
Keep a shared record of VIP calls, who called, and what was needed.

Latest Updates
See what the other teams have posted so you start your shift already caught up.

User Permissions
Supervisors add new staff and adjust access per team, so people see the workflows that belong to them and nothing else.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR

Sign in once with your UCInetID. Your access follows your role, so the home screen shows only your team's tools. Reports keep their formatting, photos are compressed before they are sent so they go through on building Wi-Fi, and drafts stay on the device until you send them.

Real-Time Ops is an internal tool for UC Irvine Student Center & Event Services staff. A UCI account and an active staff role are required to sign in.
