Vintens® Compression App

The Vintens® Compression App accompanies a conservative therapy plan for patients suffering from Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) based on targeted compression of the affected limb as prescribed by a healthcare professional.

The app contains various tools that adapt to the prescribed therapy and the patient’s current health status. It contains targeted exercise videos, activity recommendations, weekly activity recaps, a home-screen widget for quick access to status data, regular feedback/notifications, motivational messages showing progress achieved, and, if necessary, ways to get the activities back on track.

Through the provision of such individually tailored tools, the app contributes to the goals of guided self-management of CVI symptoms and continued adherence to the therapy plan.
