The Boone Heart Institute app connects you with your wellness plan from Boone Heart Institute. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Boone Heart Institute patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Boone Heart Institute in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
