The TTCM Nepal app was a part of a project called "Development and Implementation of a Mobile Application and Web-based Management Information System (MIS) for Transforming the Cookstove Market Project." The main objective of this project was to provide better cookstoves to 75,000 households in Nepal, aiming to address issues related to indoor air pollution and inefficient cooking methods. The project focused on improving the supply chain, creating awareness and demand through capacity-building activities, and conducting live cooking demonstrations. By promoting healthier and more sustainable cooking practices, the project played a significant role in transforming the cookstove market in Nepal, aligning with both national goals and the Sustainable Development Goals.
