SpareChange: Round Up & Donate

Spare Change helps you securely donate more to the causes you care about.

How it works:
- Each time you swipe your card - Spare Change rounds your amount up to the nearest dollar, and sets the ‘spare change’ aside (so for a $3.70 transaction, you set $0.30 aside for charity).
- Jump into the app, and securely donate your Spare Change to vetted non-profits working on a cause you’re passionate about.
- We’ll give you detailed insights about the impact you made, messages from non-profits, and keep track of your tax documents.

Our mission is to direct more resources to the causes that need them most. To that end, Spare change makes a commitment to:
- Give you confidence your money is going to a good cause: we personally vet each non-profit we put on our platform. And we surface how we made our decision for each charity we chose. And if there’s a particular charity you’d like to donate your spare change to - that works too! We’ll show you the information we have, and let you make a decision.
- Show you the impact you made: we know these causes are important to you. We follow up with each charity personally, to get detailed insights about the impact you made. We’ll also show you the impact the whole Spare Change community made, towards the cause you’re following.
