The Teladoc Health Care Location App enables video communications with your healthcare provider on your iOS device. The Teladoc Health Location App connects board-certified, experienced providers to patients from any location. High-quality healthcare is now available anytime, anywhere with the Teladoc Health Care Location App!

Features:
- Enables users to consult requests from an iPad
- Allows a user to request an immediate consult from remote providers for a specific service line, including speciality and emergent care
- Allows a provider to see requests in their queue and connect directly to the user


How to Use:
1. Register each device as a “Care Location” in the Practice setting of SOLO platform
2. Enter the registration activation code into the Care Location App
3. Add each Care Location to desired waiting rooms (services) in the SOLO Platform
4. Open the app and see the list of waiting rooms (services) displayed
5. Select a waiting room
6. Enter patient name, demographics, and select a reason for the visit
7. Providers in the waiting room will be notified and will see the patient ready to connect in their Queue
