MYCPM app helps our field team & Office team to mark attendance (as post covid we have removed all our biometric attendance system), can benefit by downloading various documents from the app, can view attendance/leave records. Can Benefit from the section like industry news etc. A separate section of marketplace is introduced through which they can redeem various gifts against points earned. Can raise queries / grievances through MYCPM app. The App serve as a virtual single point for most of the requirement by employees.
