ExSmoke is an app created to help you quit cigarettes, vaping or tobacco use of any kind and lead a healthy life free from smoking. The app can help you in each part of your quitting journey like tracking, cessation and eventually quitting altogether.

The app has 3 modes:

1. Tracker: In this mode, you can simply log your daily cigarette consumption. You select a daily smoke limit and the app will recommend times during the day when you can smoke to ensure you stick to the limit.

2. Reduce: This is where you start your smoking cessation journey rather than just logging in track mode. You set a quit date and the app will automatically reduce your smoking limit everyday up until 0 smoke limit on the quit date. You can still continue to use the smoking tracker features and see the recommended next smoke time to stick to your daily limit.

3. Quit: This is where you stop smoking completely, and the app helps you track how many cigarettes you have avoided. It also helps you estimate the amount of money you have saved and track all the health improvements you go through when you quit cigarettes/vaping. You’ll get good visibility into how your blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen level improves. It also tracks over 15 years how your body changes, improvements in lung function and reduction in heart diseases and various other conditions.

The app also uses push notifications to remind you to track and log your cigarette consumption and also keep yourself within your smoking limits. In the quit mode, the app will also update your whenever certain health markers improve.
