App Description

The Informed Delivery® Mobile application allows you to start your mornings with a preview of your day’s USPS mail and packages. This free app let's you see photos of your mail before it arrives and receive USPS tracking updates. You can use the app to:


• Create your account or sign-in with an existing account.

• Get daily digest notifications to preview your mail and packages scheduled to arrive soon.

• See grayscale images of your mail before it arrives*. Images are of the exterior, address side only of letter sized mail.

• Interact with mailer-provided digital content associated with your mail (e.g. - special offers, related links).

• Scan eligible tracking numbers or label barcodes to track the status of your inbound or outbound USPS packages.

• Get delivery status updates directly to your smartphone.

*Images are only provided for letter-sized mailpieces that are processed through USPS’s automated equipment. Mail and packages may not arrive the same day you get a notification – please allow several days for delivery.
