Electronic Communication System (ECS) -
ECS is a tool for American Airlines Pilots to view their schedule, receive updates on schedule changes and communicate with crew scheduling.

Key Features:
• Two-way Communication: Alert scheduling and tracking of your desire to no-show a deadhead, request help with a hotel, call in sick and many other options via the ECS app.
• Current Schedule updates: See updates to your schedule, such as reassignments or delays, to ensure you have the latest information. View departure and arrival gates with quick links to crew lists.
• Hotel Information: See the latest hotel information, including ground transportation, with quick links to the information you need to sign-in at the front desk.
• Customizable Communication Preferences: Control how you receive notifications. With optional push, email, autodial phone calls, and text preferences, you choose how and when you receive messages.
• User-Friendly Interface: Designed with pilots in mind, ECS offers a clean and intuitive interface for quick and easy access.
