App Description

Hawaii Invasives is an app which is used by hikers, hunters, scouts or anyone who gets outside to identify and report potential invasive species. The app includes photos of pests of concern. If a pest is suspected, the user simply photographs it and enters data in the report page. The location is automatically included. The information is uploaded and natural resources specialists will then review the information and use it to help track and stop the spread of invasive in your community.

After you submit Invasives Reports, you can see them shown on a map on the My Reports screen.

The app requires your permission to use your location to report sightings as well as your name to allow us to contact you with any questions. We require your permission to record suspected Coqui frog sightings. We also require permissions to use the camera and provide links to the County Invasive Species websites too.
