There are several ways to build a sustainable and fulfilling career, and Career Moves makes it easier to know all of the available local options, such as skill-based training programs, credentials and specialized licenses, and college degrees.

The app displays a growing list of different opportunities across industries with an easy-to-navigate interface that allows anyone to explore programs, save opportunities, and contact programs of interest with ease. Search by industry, location, program delivery method, cost, and more to find the right program.

This tool opens the door to career exploration and growth for everyone—whether you're re-entering the workforce, interested in advancing your current career, or starting in a new direction.

This tool is offered by Tech Impact, a leading national nonprofit that leverages technology to advance social impact and workforce training, in partnership with the Delaware Workforce Development Board and the Delaware Department of Labor.
