Scrivener Companion - Scrivo

Scrivo is more than a fast, reliable writing app. It’s a complete writing workspace for your iPad and iPhone—and a thoughtful companion to Scrivener 3 on macOS and Windows, and Ulysses on Mac.

Whether you’re writing a novel, preparing a thesis, or collecting ideas for your next story, Scrivo keeps your words and research close when you step away from your computer.

Your desktop projects. Ready to travel.

With extensive Scrivener 3 project support, Scrivo lets you continue working with the structure you already know. Bring your chapters, scenes, notes, and research along, make progress wherever you are, and return to Scrivener on your computer to continue your desktop workflow.

Stay connected with iCloud and Dropbox.

Project syncing keeps your mobile writing connected to your desk. Use iCloud Drive for your Mac workflow, or Dropbox to sync Scrivener 3 projects between Scrivo and macOS or Windows computers. Draft on your computer, revise on your iPad, and capture an idea on your iPhone.

A familiar workspace, made for touch.

• Binder — Keep chapters, scenes, notes, and research organized in your project’s familiar hierarchy.

• Corkboard — Review synopses, rearrange index cards, and shape your story before diving into the details.

• Manuscript — Bring sections together in a continuous writing view. Read for flow, refine transitions, and see each scene in context.

• Compilation — Gather selected sections into a document for reading, sharing, or review while away from your desk.

• MultiMarkdown and LaTeX — Support structured writing and technical publishing workflows alongside your everyday prose.

More room for your writing.

From a quiet hour with your iPad to a quick revision on your iPhone, Scrivo gives you a focused space to keep moving. It complements the desktop tools you love, bringing your writing workflow into the moments when your computer isn’t with you.

Start at your desk. Continue in Scrivo.
