eHealth Patient Consent

eHealth Consent app enables healthcare professionals to scan and upload analog forms as well as to create templates. By scanning the patient’s QR code from the eHealth Physician Portal, all available patient data then is automatically prefilled in the form. Further functionalities for filling in forms digitally include adding comments, checking boxes, free text fields and signing the form.
Once the form is approved by the responsible healthcare professional, the form is sent and stored in the institution’s archive.
