“I use the quick start and i create my own variety of burn your body workouts. Awesome. Whenever I can’t make it to the HIIT classes or after class, I use this App either at the Gym or at Home. When I use it at the Gym, I have prepared workouts in this app that utilize dumbells, chin up bar, treadmill, and bodyweight exercises at the Gym. When Im at home, I have prepared workouts that utilize body weght exercises, resistance band exercises, and my chin up bar.”
