App Description
Tired of arriving on a beach to realize that it is full of jellyfish? Impossible to swim, in short a spoiled moment!
With Meduseo, the jellyfish weather, find out in real time about the presence of jellyfish on the beaches. You only have to enter the name of the city to access the information.
The data is presented in the form of bubbles on the map going from yellow to red:
- No color: no jellyfish reported
- Yellow: Rare jellyfish (you may come across one isolated, no risk for swimming)
- Orange: Some jellyfish (swimming may be possible, but be careful)
- Red: Many jellyfish (we do not recommend swimming)
The base is updated every 4 hours for France, Spain, Italy, Australia, and New Zealand.
Meduseo uses a unique algorithm, specifically developed for this theme making data available in summer but also throughout the year!
You can also report the presence of jellyfish on beaches directly from the application and thus share your observations with the community.
