WINGS by Wema is a learning management system launched by Wema Bank to provide its employees with a seamless, structured and high-quality digital learning experience for career advancement. WINGS by Wema provides Wema Bank employees, fondly known as Wema Knights, with access to a cutting-edge e-library packed with advanced resources across various specialisations and areas of interest.

WINGS, an acronym for “Wema Integrated Growth and Navigation System”, is characterised by an easy-to-use learning interface, a robust learning curriculum tailored for adult learning and an interactive user experience incorporating gamification and other interesting learning forms and activities like animations, logical illustrations, graphics, simulations, case studies, assessments and more, to make learning both insightful and engaging for Wema Knights.
