You can use the service for physical and mental questions and complaints, as well as other topics such as nutrition and lifestyle. You can also take part in the Get Fit programme, a 4- or 8-week programme to help you live a healthy lifestyle by exercising more and eating healthier. We will help you along the way with exercise plans and tasty recipes.

You can use Ecare by Foyer Global Health after registering once with your client number, and using the services is completely free and confidential. Your insurer will not be informed of your registration or use of the services.
