Viafirma inbox

With the native viafirma inbox ​iOS application you will be able to manage your inbox and electronically sign your documents from your mobile device. You could access the application by using user and password or your digital certificate installed in your mobile device. Besides, you will be able to:

- Visualize your inbox: New, Priorized, Pending, Awaiting, Completed, Rejected, Expired, Archived and Communications.
- Visualize the documents to be signed and their attachments.
- Electronically sign any type of document.
- Electronically sign your documents by following the next flows: Serial signature (cascade), Parallel Signature, In line Signature, Approval Option.
Write comments.
- Reject to sign any document by selecting the cause.
- See the status of a document.
