The Subscriber Connect app is for Subscribers of CDG's Clients (PRTC, Clear Wave Fiber, Archtop Fiber, Home Telecom etc) to manage their account, view their invoice, pay bills, view plan details, upgrade their plan, view unbilled usage and usage analysis, create and track support tickets, test speed and use AI chatbot powered self service with option for live agent escalation to trouble shoot and get their questions answered. The app security includes advanced inactivity timers, session auto-disconnect.

Subscribers will experience their CSPs branding such as logo and color choices once they sign up in the app. The app dynamically adapts to each client, ensuring that subscribers access personalized details and services tailored to their specific CSP.
