New Park Management – Your Community, Connected

Your building, your amenities, your neighbors — all in one place. Manage everything about your home from your phone: track packages, submit service requests, stay on top of announcements, and more. This app is for residents in communities with an existing login to Concierge Plus.

What you can do:

Make rent/HOA payments
Track packages and deliveries the moment they arrive
Submit and follow up on service requests
Stay up to date with announcements and newsletters
Browse and share files through the Media Library

Requires an active resident account through your building's Concierge Plus subscription.
