I recently realized that I have been binge eating since I was in high school. The first step in solving a problem is accepting it. So, I spent some time learning app development (again) and created this app to help me keep track. I found that directly engaging in something that forced me to acknowledge the behavior really helped me reframe it in my mind, and I in fact have not binged since I started work on it!
