App Description

The VA AgentAssist app gives Virginia’s Insurance Marketplace’s certified Agents, Agency Managers and Admin staff access to their book of business with just the tap of a finger. The VA AgentAssist app offers a detailed view of the client list with the option to filter based on enrollment details or contact information. Not only are Agents able to search and filter their client list, but they can easily call, text, or email clients directly from the app.

Agents can set their AgentConnect availability ON and OFF with the help of AgentConnect toggle button. This button will be available on the app with the same behavior (to override the default hours). The button will only be shown to the Agents who are participating in the AgentConnect program.

The Agency Manager and designated Admin Staff will have the ability to transfer a consumer delegation from one Agent to another within their agency.

When a new delegation request is received from a client, Agents receive a notification and can immediately accept the delegation within the app. The delegation screen will always show pending delegations, so a new client request is never missed.

The app dashboard also shows Agents’ performance over a week, month, and year in terms of number of enrollments. Users will be able to access their Secure Inbox Book of Business Summary notice on the mobile app.

Following the principles of Security from Inception, the application has been developed with Security and Privacy in mind and is MARSe compliant, so that the Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information of consumers is kept safe.
