The “On-The-Go” HSFS Account Management App allows you to send a secure financing application link to your customers right from your mobile device.* Powered by iCreditWorks, the “On-The-Go” HSFS App allows you to enter the customer’s contact information, upload an equipment quote, and tap “Send Link” in just seconds! Either browse your mobile device to add the quote or use the camera function on your phone to take a photo of a hard copy if you’re at a convention event or “knee to knee” with a customer.
By tapping “Send Link”, you release an SMS containing the secure financing application link directly to the customer. Coach the customer to review the equipment quote and tap the link to download the App and get started with their financing application. Recommend that each customer pre-qualify and view their credit limit—it has no impact on their personal credit and takes just seconds!
Through the App, you can monitor the customer’s progress at every stage of the financing application, 24/7. The App provides the full power of the Account Management Portal right in the palm of your hand!
