The Sacred Pipe Resource Center’s app audience are Native American and Indigenous citizens in the Bismarck-Mandan community who want to support, learn more about, or participate with Sacred Pipe Resource Center. The Mission of Sacred Pipe Resource Center addresses the social/cultural, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical needs of Native people of all Tribes living in the Bismarck-Mandan area, fostering strong, self-sufficient individuals and families.
