Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit service that offers transportation for individuals with disabilities in parts of Pima County, including Central Tucson. This service is also available to the general public traveling within Marana/Avra Valley, Green Valley/Sahuarita, and Ajo.

The Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride mobile app allows riders to manage their transportation from the convenience of their smart phone. Riders can use the app to:

• Review and manage their rides• View upcoming and completed rides
• Conveniently view ride details and cancel rides
• Provides rider notifications with accurate vehicle ETAs
• Track your ride on a visual map to see exact location
• Access your account profile, settings, and reservations
• Customize your preferences and save favorite destinations

We currently use the app tracking transparency feature. The 'App Tracking Transparency permission request' is triggered automatically when starting the app.
