App Description
A strength training app designed for women who want pre made programs or daily workouts to follow either at home or in a gym setting.
App includes videos, video tutorials and specific cues to remember to follow while executing an exercise.
Clients pay a monthly membership to have access to the app and later on will be able to also purchase bigger programs within the app that are more specific such as wedding prep and pregnancy programs. Clients can log the weight they use for each exercise then go to their workout log at any point to see what progress they've made. Clients can also log their stats within the app such as body weight and other metrics and they can track their protein within the app.
To get access to the app an active subscription is required.
