The Pool Assessment App by SAV-TEC is a straight forward and streamlined way to do pool/spa and pool/spa equipment assessments. Created by pool service company “pHenomepool” to quickly and easily record basic pool and equipment condition.

An noninvasive assessment designed to be completed in about 10 minutes or less.
-Record pool overall condition when you sign customers up as a “new service” client.
-Give periodical report to your customers to keep them aware of their pools condition and needs. -Generate repairs/installations work during slow months and to get pools ready for high use season.
-Add “Pool Assessments” to your company portfolio. Utilize the Pool Assessment app to guide you through assessing pools as a service you provide the public for a fee.

In the Pool Assessment App you will check mark items such as “pool surface”, “tile” and “coping” with a good,fair or poor rating.
Don’t want to speak on a certain items condition.,? Simply skip it by checking N/A.

Each item has an area to put notes or pictures for reference or to further explain condition.

- Equipment section- besides checking the boxes, this section also allows you to name each piece of equipment so you will have record of the clients exact equipment. **Recording equipment type/make/model is helpful and could save you an extra trip to the location if/when said piece of equipment needs replacement in the future.
- Add a picture/pictures if you wish, for ease of price quotation when potentially needed down the road. Or for your customers easy reference.
- the Pool Assessment App allows user to enter an exact or ballpark price figure for each item, if you choose…preparing customer for cost of repairs to speed up approval time.

After assessing pool and its equipment, you can test water quality and record.
An LSI calculator is provided for your convenience.

Type final findings in the last section if needed to sum up your assessment.

Once completed the assessment will automatically be emailed to the email you provided in the initial section with customer information. If you don’t want it emailed to client, leave email section blank or put in your personal email. It’ll also be emailed to the email given when signing into the app.

Assessments can be edited at any time.
