ABOUT ELECTRONIC INVOICES

Electronic invoices (eInvoices) are digital documents that replace traditional paper invoices. They enable automated processing, reducing the risk of errors and fraud. Invoice information is stored in a digital format, delivered as an XML file or as an attachment to a PDF document. Our app makes this data readable, allowing you to review and compare invoices. All of this happens locally on your device, without requiring external services or uploads.
Only archiving needs the Internet as you need a GoBD conform archiving per regulations.

eInvoice Viewer has support for instant archiving using easyArchive. The indicator instantly shows you if a document already exists and if it's just uploaded or already archived. There is no more convenient way to conform to the new eInvoice regulations.
