THE ABBA Inventory Counter

The app provides an intuitive approach to managing your inventory. For first-time users, it’s essential to download all data before proceeding. Simply click the Download All Data button and wait for the success notification. Once all data is downloaded, the Proceed button will become available.

To create an item count, click the Create Item Count button. You can select an item from the list or use the search function for a quicker lookup. After selecting an item, enter the count.

A modal will then appear to select employees who counted the items. Use the search function for specific employee names if needed. Once employees are selected, they will appear under the "Counted By" section. The Add Counted By button will update to Edit Counted By for further modifications.

The Item Type Actual Count Table allows you to search for items you’ve already added. For edits or deletions, swipe left on the desired item row. Actions depend on the item's sync status: items with a green cloud icon can only be deleted, while gray cloud icons allow editing or deletion.

The app also includes navigation guides for various modules such as the Inventory Item Count, Items Module, Calculator Module, and more. Follow these guides for smooth navigation and app usage.
