DRESS EXCHANGE
Upload your dress, swipe through listings, and match with other users. When both sides swipe right, an exchange order is created. Our riders pick up both dresses, our quality team inspects them at our office, and we deliver each dress to its new owner. It's like Tinder — but for dresses.

AUCTION
List your brand-new or pre-loved dresses for auction. Set a starting price and let buyers place bids. A Buy Now option is also available for quick sales. You choose the best offer, and we handle pickup, quality check, and delivery.

BRAND SHOPPING
Browse and shop from verified Pakistani clothing brands. Brands manage their own catalogue, stock, pricing, and orders through the platform. Every brand item is delivered by our rider team.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every dress that passes through Badal Lo is quality checked at our office before delivery. We verify:
• The dress matches the uploaded photos and listing
• Condition is acceptable and as described
• No counterfeit or replica items pass through
• Strict policy against fake, torn, or damaged items

If an item fails inspection, the order is cancelled and the item is returned. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priority.
