We are submitting a Health Harmony app designed for use by participants group. The app helps users track key health and wellness metrics, set personal goals, complete onboarding tasks, and access educational content tailored to their needs.
We confirm that the app uses HealthKit only to read authorised health data (e.g., steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.) from the Apple Health app, with user permission. This data is used solely to generate a wellness score and personalised tips for the user’s own self-tracking and engagement.
