How It Works for Exercises:

1. Do push-ups (or knee push-ups), squats, planks, lunges, sit-ups, and leg raises in front of your iPhone’s camera
2. Our AI-powered rep tracker counts your movements automatically.
3. Every rep = 1 minute of screen time earned (can adjust difficulty).
4. Apply your earned minutes to unlock the apps you’ve chosen to block.

How it Works for Fitness Goals

1. Select a fitness goals like daily steps, distance, exercise time, max heart rate, and more.
2. Customize the goal and how many minutes it will earn you
3. When you hit that goal, those minutes will be added to your total
