DI Staff Sync

The Workflows app for Desk Intelligence is now Staff Sync! Use the app for free to create and view journal entries, process incoming guests, preventive maintenance and work orders, and manage all of your incoming packages. This version is required for buildings that have upgraded to "Phoenix."

Processing a package is easy as pointing the camera at the package label. Tap the scan button and watch the app retrieve all the relevant information about that package in as little as 1-second.

If your property has a label printer, make sure to set your label printer location in the "settings" panel.

The app may ask to access a user's location. This is required for buildings that also wrap the phone in the optional barcode scanner due to Federal regulations.
