How it works:
1) Write your mantra, or pick one
2) It comes first thing in the morning, before other apps
3) Experience it, then use other apps
Your first thought belongs to you, not to a feed.
2. ROTBLOCK™
An app blocker designed to ease you off brainrot.
How it works:
1) Pick which apps to block
2) When blocked, you can intentionally, yet easily, unblock
3) Block and unblock screens are designed to ease you off brainrot
Be intentional with your apps.
