Vivo Companion is a health and recovery app from Acenda.

It is available at no extra cost to Acenda customers engaged in the claims journey. Whether you are considering making a claim, have recently lodged a claim, or have an accepted claim, Vivo Companion can assist you every step of the way, no matter your starting point.

With Vivo Companion, you can measure your health with a real-time, scientifically calculated Health Score. Boost your score by completing workouts, activities and health actions, and stay motivated with unique health recommendations based on your Health Score and app usage.

You can choose from a range of supported goals designed to help you make daily improvements to your health and lifestyle behaviours and receive tailored advice and support from our in-house Vivo health, wellness and recovery experts to help you identify your goals and plan a pathway to achieve them.

Vivo Companion can give you regular reminders about your goals to help you build healthy habits. For example, increasing your step count, improving your sleep, or activating daily reminders to take your medication, completing activities of daily living, and more. 

There’s also a personalised and automated Health Coach that offers advice and encourages you to make regular small healthy adjustments, adding up to big changes over time.

You can connect and sync most of the popular health and fitness devices and apps like Fitbit, Apple Health, Garmin and more. You have full control over what data you choose to sync with the app.

By completing certain goals and challenges and using the Vivo Virtual Care services, you can enter giveaways and contests for your chance to win prizes. Vivo Companion rewards you for actions that support your health and recovery. T&C's apply.
