App Description
Living with lupus means dealing with uncertainty. One day you're fine, the next you're hit with pain, rashes, brain fog, fatigue, or swelling that seems to come out of nowhere. You try to remember what you ate, how you slept, whether you took your meds, or the weather. But without a system, it's impossible to keep it all straight. Our Lupus tracker app helps you bring order to the chaos and spot the patterns hiding in plain sight.
TRACK SYMPTOMS, FASTER
Use the built-in symptom tracker to log pain, fatigue, joint stiffness, swelling, rashes, fevers, mouth sores, mood changes, lupus depression, brain fog, and more. Entries take seconds. Customize severity ratings, attach notes, add photos, and track multiple symptoms each day. No paper journals, no spreadsheets, no guessing.
FOLLOW YOUR MEDICATION PLAN
Keep your lupus treatment plan on track. If prednisone, hydroxychloroquine, or methotrexate is part of your plan, add the dose, schedule, and notes. The same flexible log works for azathioprine, rituximab, Benlysta, Plaquenil, injections, infusions, supplements, and other medications. Set reminders for specific times, receive alerts, and record missed or late doses. Get refill reminders before you run out. The medication tracker supports simple and complex regimens and adjusts across time zones when you travel.
RECOGNIZE FLARE PATTERNS
A flare, sometimes called a lupus attack, is easier to handle when you catch it early. The flare tracker lets you record flare start and end dates, suspected triggers, and associated symptoms. Over time, you can see how flares relate to sleep, skipped meds, hormone shifts, or environmental factors. Knowing what came before a flare gives you the power to respond sooner and prevent escalation.
CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY
Sync with Apple Health to bring in step count, heart rate, oxygen levels, sleep, weight, blood pressure, and menstrual cycle tracking. All of this data appears on your health timeline alongside symptom logs and medication history. You start to see what leads up to flares and what helps recovery.
