Organize your nutritional journey in a simple and complete way. Yumigo lets you keep track of all the meal plans you create yourself or receive from your nutritionist, without adding automatic suggestions or predefined plans.

Each meal plan can be structured day by day, from Monday to Sunday, and divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and pre-bed snack. Within each meal you can enter the planned ingredients and specify exact quantities (in grams, portions, or other units of measure). If you need alternatives, you can add them directly alongside the original ingredient to adapt to different tastes or seasonal availability.

For each plan you can define general goals, such as increasing lean mass or reducing cholesterol, while for each individual day you can add specific targets, for example drinking two liters of water or doing physical activity. Notes are unlimited: jot down recipe ideas, practical tips, or personal reflections both at the meal level and for the entire day.

If you prefer to work with plans provided by a professional, you can upload the PDF you received from your nutritionist and artificial intelligence will automatically extract structure, meals, and quantities, drastically reducing manual entry time. At the end of each month, an AI-generated summary of your notes lets you quickly view progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
