You will see how your sleep quality affects your physiology, which factors support better recovery, and what may be limiting your performance.

Flow
This system analyzes your overall activity volume, walking, training intensity, heart rate trends, and movement quality. It provides a complete view of circulation and cardiovascular performance, showing how effectively your body is moving blood, oxygen, and nutrients throughout the day.

Nerve
This system measures your nervous system balance through HRV, baseline comparison, daily fluctuations, and CNS load. It helps you understand whether your body is in a state of resilience or stress, how lifestyle choices influence HRV, and how prepared you are for physical or cognitive effort.

Fyron also provides Daily Protocols, which give you simple, science-backed action steps based on your physiology each morning.
