WISE (Worker Insights, Smart Engagement) is a free and confidential two-way communication platform developed by the Fair Labor Association for workers in supply chains, working in farms, factories, shops, mines, or who are in transit. Through the collaborative efforts of businesses, civil society organizations, and universities, FLA strives to ensure that workers are treated with respect, are compensated fairly, and work in safe conditions.

WISE helps inform workers about their rights and benefits, emergency numbers, and health and safety considerations. It highlights the latest news related to working
conditions and compensation.

It allows workers to give feedback and share ideas and solutions on working conditions by answering short surveys individually from the safety of their homes or other non-workplace environments. Workers can ask questions or raise concerns about workplace issues directly and anonymously with their employer and in serious cases, file complaints regarding working conditions or violations of their rights through the connect function

While WISE is free for workers, company participation is required for workers to benefit from this app.
