In addition to user identification, permit and citation management, cite features a host of updates that will allow for a more comprehensive and easier to use program.

Citations can be initiated, printed, and managed all from the convenience of an Apple mobile device (on and off-line). Real-time connectivity to Rydin PermitExpress™ enables enforcement staff to access records instantly. Functionality includes citation issuance, and image recording allowing for proof of infractions
