2. Take 10 minutes a day to build habits of healing by studying human mind.
Study one page a day and practice tasks for 54 days. You can build the ability to recover from and manage stress as you repeat the process.

3. The ability to manage stress-Habits of healing
Stress occurs in everyone. How to recover is the key.
Build the ability to manage stress by building your own habits of healing.

4. Provide information on mental health.
We provide columns and information on mental health.
