Asharqia Chamber

The Asharqia Chamber was established in 1372 AH (1952 AD), and since its inception, it has made remarkable strides on various fronts. From its commitment to serving the interests of its members and continuously enhancing its services for businesspeople, to its contributions in developing the Eastern Province's economy and launching impactful initiatives that support both the national economy and society—Asharqia Chamber has played a leading role.

Over the years, the Chamber has witnessed significant administrative, organizational, and financial development. It has remained open to global best practices in similar institutions and has adopted the latest systems and technologies in the business services sector. Through ongoing expansions and improvements—both structurally and strategically—it has become a prominent institution among chambers of commerce in the Arab world and the wider region.

One of the key indicators of this growth is the increase in membership—from just 19 members in Shawwal 1372 AH to over 113,000 members by the end of 2021. The Chamber has also evolved from a modest one-room office into a landmark building in the Eastern Province. This architectural masterpiece spans four floors and includes various departments, luxurious conference halls, and elegant spaces for hosting international and local events, seminars, meetings, and exhibitions.
